1. Return & Refund Policy
Return Conditions: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be unused, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.
Non-returnable Items:
Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
Custom-made or clearance sale items.
Return requests made after 30 days from the purchase date.
Return Process:

After receiving the return authorization, please ship the product back to the specified address (shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective).
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
2. Product Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage: All Hellobaby products come with a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-human damage. If your product encounters any issues within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
Exclusions from Warranty:
Human-induced damage (such as drops, misuse, or improper operation).
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Normal wear and tear, consumables (such as batteries, etc.).
How to Apply for Warranty Service:

Our technical team will evaluate your request and provide further instructions.
If the product needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we will provide detailed shipping instructions.
3. Shipping Damage Handling
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via hellobabybrand@gmail.com and provide photos or videos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
4. Others
Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product following the return process and place a new order.
